 A Sprocket is a profiled wheel with teeth that meshes with a chain, track or other perforated or indented material. It is distinguished from a gear in that sprockets are never meshed to gether directly, and differs from a pulley in that sprockets have teeth and pulleys are smooth.

1. Sprocket: all sprockets we are supplying are suitable for chains made in a ccordance with standard DIN 8187 or ANSI, from simplex,duplex to triplex.

2. Material: C45, Stainless steel 304, A3 etc.

3. Heat treatment: hardening and tempering, high frequency quenching, carburizing and quenching.

4. Processing: Forging, cast iron, Machining(shaping, hobbing etc.)

5. Surface treatment: galvanizing/zinc plating, dacrotized, black anodic treatment, spray painting, mirror finish, burnishing, sand-blasting.

6. Inspection: all items are checked and tested thoroughly during every working procedure to make sure that best quality products will be sold in the market.
